3.- Mounting the components in the copper frame

Now that you have the correct measurements, its time to glue the copper frame together, you will need some some slow curing glue, this is important and it cannot be instant glue as sides need to be handled and moved for some time once everything is glued together. Glue both inside the angles and outside the tube, Im using a slow curing super glue of high viscosity so its does not drip of.

with each time, press hardly against the floor to be sure its all the way in, this is important as final measurements will not be right if tubes are not fully in.

Once you have all angles and "T" connections glued, press all sides firmly against a flat hard surface, and leave it overnight to complete curing. Its important that all edges and sides are touching the floor and everything is perfectly flat and all tubes fully inside.

when the frame is fully cured, then its time to put the base, glue the tubes and angles in the same way and measure you have the correct square angle by placing some square thing and eye aligning it with the frame, and leave this to cure for the appropriate time before moving to the next step.

When everything is cured you will have a nice solid frame that is balanced and stands all by itself

After that its time to mount the panel, first make sure the front face of the frame is completely clean from grease, clean this top half with some cloth and rubbing alcohol

The put the frame with something on the bottom so the front face is flat and stable

take your panel and the corresponding sheets with the hardest on the top, and make sure there is no debris or dust on top, and are all aligned together, then pick everything it up by the right and left sides and turn it upside down, and place it in the top of the frame you just cleaned, do this carefully and slowly holding the back as well, and align it by eye so its perfectly even and well centered

make sure the base is stable and take another cloth with alcohol and wipe all the side of the panel so its free from an grease of fingertips carefully and slowly, this is very important otherwise the glue wont hold well

get some red or black high temperature silicon, these are of higher grade than the transparent and will last much more time.

slowly apply the silicon to the edge, leave the bottom edge for the last, do this very slowly and delicately, otherwise the panel might move, no need to put your fingers on the silicon, just straight from the tube and make sure it fills inside and touches the edge of the panel too

put some masking tape that is not too strong to hold the card to the panel, do this only in a small edge so its easy to take off, if it stays glued too strong you will have trouble taking it out, and might damage the ribbon cables in the process, remember, any mistake that pulls these ribbons too much will not reparable, and will have throw the panel in the trash, so take your time and do it slowly and follow the process verbatim. Put the silicon under the ribbon cables, putting silicon here is very important so the panel holds tight, don't touch the ribbons too much and do the best you can.

take the masking tape off and mark where the card touches the frame

then mark the bottom and put a good amount of silicon here in both sides

then let the card go and press it gently with the frame

leave all this overnight in a safe place away from potential movement
