Add the length of the total perimeter, all this sides together plus add 1 more meter, and get the nearest highest length you can get in the hardware store of this length in 1/2" diameter copper pipe, also get four 90° joints, and four "T" joints, all to fit the copper pipe. The cut the pipe accordingly, this has to be real precise.
Then measure the outside length, this will not be 1/2" because this is the inside diameter, and outside length will vary depending on the thickness of the tube, in this case the outside length is exactly 1.5cm
Take this measurement and multiply it by .75 then subtract this number by the absolute length of each side of the panel. For example, pipe width is 1.6cm* .75 = 1.2cm, then subtract 1.2 by the absolute length of a side and cut the copper pipes exactly to each of the measurements with the pipe cutter.
